PU Prime is not able to delete or deactivate your account.
MT4 Accounts: Accounts with no login history, trading history, and account balance of ≤ 0 will be archived if these conditions persist for 90 consecutive days.
MT5 Accounts: Accounts with no login history, trading history, and account balance of ≤ 0 will be archived if these conditions persist for 90 consecutive days or more.
Pu Prime has implemented an account archiving policy to ensure the efficient management of MT4 and MT5 accounts.
