How do I update my account details ?
To ensure the accuracy of your account information, we offer a simple process for updating your details. If you wish to make changes to your account name residential address, or registered email address please follow these steps:
a) For Account Name: Please attach a copy of your Proof of Identity, such as a valid government-issued ID or passport.
b) For Residential Address: Please provide a copy of a Proof of Address, such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government document. The address document must not be older than 6 months.
c.) For Registered Email Address: Please fill in your new email address and provide a copy of your proof of identity, such as your identity card, passport, or driving license. This document will be used solely for verification purposes, and relevant department will handle it within one to three working days.
